With a vision of making fast food that’s good food, this rapidly-expanding restaurant chain asked us to curate a soundtrack that complemented their mission to help people eat well on the high street.
LEON was set up in 2004 by John Vincent, Henry Dimbleby and chef Allegra McEvedy to prove that it was possible to serve food that "tastes good and does you good."
Named Best New Restaurant In Great Britain within six months of opening, LEON currently have over forty restaurants with plans to open many more across the world.
To capture the spirit of LEON’s commitment to healthy eating and transform it into a lively soundtrack for diners in their revolutionary style of fast food restaurant.
They asked us to provide a music policy that inspired, ensuring LEON customers started and ended their day on a high note.
We wanted the soundtrack for Leon to be as welcoming, unique and exciting as the healthy and delicious dishes that they serve to thousands of Londoners every day so we scouted for songs with an upbeat and positive vibe.
With a broad client base and diverse locations, it was essential that the sound we created would appeal to the wide spectrum of LEON's customers.
With this in mind, we curated a warm mix of genres with tracks ranging from hot-off-the-press, through old gems and road trip classics.
Our music policy and the bespoke playlists we supply have become a much praised part of LEON's unique take on the high street.
They perfectly distill the brand’s integrity and high standards, and feedback from customers is consistently enthusiastic.
LEON’s staff are big music lovers too and we often add their latest favourites to
"I’ve been working closely with c-burn for the last five years. The team have consistently understood and shaped playlists which have created a sound both bespoke for our restaurants and unique to our brand."
